Services offered on the Website

The Website provides its Users with Web-to-Print services. In order to use the Services, Users are encouraged to register on the Website. During registration, Users must complete the relevant fields and specify whether they are registering as a company, sole trader/freelancer, private individual, or association, as well as their nationality. Purchases made by private individuals are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Final product prices displayed on the Website are expressed in Euros and may be shown with or without VAT, depending on the country or the type of registration.

Product prices may be subject to periodic changes. For certain products and offers, shipping costs are included in the price, while for others they are borne by the User.

Product selection and purchase process

After logging in, the User may select products available in the relevant sections. Once an item is selected, it can be customized and added to the cart in the desired quantity. At the end of the selection process, the User will be presented with an order summary page for submission and payment, including any additional costs and the total amount.

Teefarm shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies in garments attributable to suppliers or manufacturers, including but not limited to: label shape and type, label color, label information, garment construction, finishing, fabric color variations, differences in sizing compared to product descriptions, etc.

Production may involve mixed batches of the same item. Information regarding fabric composition, colors, sizes, and weight provided by Teefarm may differ from that shown on the manufacturer’s website. Therefore, the information indicated on the manufacturer’s label shall prevail, and Teefarm shall not be held liable for any related errors or omissions.

Teefarm reserves the right to use the printing technology deemed most appropriate based on the file provided and the order quantity. Such decisions may be made independently of the options selected by the User and without prior notice.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual delivered product.

The User is responsible for verifying the accuracy of content, spelling, and graphics in uploaded files and approved proofs.

Orders and availability

An order becomes binding only after payment has been completed.

Following payment, Teefarm verifies product availability with its suppliers. In the rare event that one or more items are unavailable, Teefarm will promptly inform the Customer and suggest alternative products.

In such cases, the Customer may:

  • accept the alternatives and pay any price difference, or
  • cancel the order and receive a full refund

Payments

Customers may purchase products and complete payments using various methods, including credit card (Visa or MasterCard via PayPal), bank transfer, or Klarna, following the instructions provided during checkout.

Payment information is transmitted securely using encrypted protocols to the designated payment providers, without access by third parties.

All payments must be made in advance. Production will begin only after payment has been received.

Payment method does not affect delivery times, except in the case of bank transfer, where the order becomes effective only upon receipt of funds.

Invoices are issued at the time of shipment.

Teefarm reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods at its sole discretion and will promptly contact the User to arrange an alternative.

Customer responsibility for uploaded files

Users are fully responsible for the content and images they choose to print and must obtain all necessary rights for their use.

Teefarm performs no content checks other than technical and compatibility requirements.

Teefarm shall not be liable for unauthorized use of images or third-party rights violations.

The User agrees to indemnify Teefarm against any claims arising from:

  • intellectual property violations
  • reputational damage
  • unlawful or inappropriate content

Teefarm reserves the right to block any order that violates third-party rights or contains defamatory, violent, or unlawful content.

Uploaded files are stored for the duration of production and for 30 days after shipment for dispute purposes only. After this period, files are permanently deleted.

Teefarm does not use uploaded content for any purposes not authorized by the owner.

File verification

Teefarm’s editor automatically checks file compatibility (format, size, resolution, fonts, etc.), identifies overprint issues, and converts colors where necessary.

If the file is not compliant, the order is blocked and the User is notified by email.

If compliant, the file is used as submitted.

Orders can be modified within 30 minutes of purchase.

File check with operator

Users may request an additional graphic review by selecting the “File Check” option (paid service).

This includes checks on:

  • layers
  • cut paths
  • safety margins
  • spacing from edges
  • orientation

This service does not include:

  • full design review
  • spelling checks
  • missing elements

It may not be available for all products.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery of products will be carried out within the timeframe indicated during checkout.

Please note that the dates shown are indicative and may vary from the actual order processing and delivery times.All timeframes are calculated from the moment the order is completed, meaning once payment has been successfully processed and all required files have been correctly submitted.

Delivery times apply to most areas within Italy. Islands and more remote locations may require an additional two or more working days. For international shipments, delivery times must be verified in advance with our team.
An order is not considered complete until the required files have been uploaded by the customer and payment has been received.If payment is not completed within 15 days from the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled. Shipping and delivery will follow the timeframe selected in the quote, provided that the order is completed by 12:00 PM (noon) on the same day.
Files received or payments confirmed after 12:00 PM will be considered as received on the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding the following public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, December 31st, and Easter Monday.
Under no circumstances shall Teefarm be held liable for any damages resulting from delivery delays.

Right of withdrawal – business customers

For B2B customers (purchases made using a VAT number), returns are not permitted for any type of product, whether blank or printed, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Any exception must be agreed in advance with Teefarm and confirmed in writing.

Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted via email to info@tee.farm within 14 days of receiving the order.

The email must include:

  • order number
  • detailed description of the issue
  • supporting photographic evidence

Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

Limitation of liability

Teefarm shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from errors or delays, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Teefarm is not responsible for printing defects caused by issues in the files provided by the User.

Upon delivery, the User must carefully inspect the goods and report any issues immediately to the courier or customer support.

Goods must be accepted with a signed “subject to inspection” note.

Claims must be submitted within 8 days, including photographic evidence.

Teefarm will respond within 72 hours or as soon as possible.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law.

For all orders placed by non-consumers, any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua.

Contractual clauses are not retroactively applicable.
