How much does custom embroidery cost?
The price includes a setup cost of €40 + VAT (needed to convert your logo into a file for the embroidery machine) and a variable cost per item, which mainly depends on the stitch count of the design and the total quantity. Small, simple embroideries are quicker and cost less, while larger or highly detailed ones have a higher cost.
Why do I have to pay an embroidery setup fee?
The setup is the professional digitization of your logo: we optimize it stitch by stitch to ensure it works perfectly for embroidery. It’s a one-time cost, and the file can be reused for future orders.
How long does it take to receive an embroidered order?
For embroidery, we typically complete orders within 10 working days. The actual embroidery time per item can vary from a few minutes up to 3–4 hours depending on quantity and stitch count. When you place the order, we will always provide the estimated delivery date.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Of course: embroidery has many variables (number of colors, size, thread trims, stitch count, and any special finishing like patches or 3D), so we prepare a custom quote after reviewing your logo/design and the requested quantities.
How is embroidery done and what sizes are recommended?
Embroidery can be done on almost any type of garment: t-shirts, hoodies, polos, caps, and workwear. The most common placements are on the chest, sleeve, full front, or back. For a chest logo, the ideal size is between 7 and 10 cm; for caps, it can go up to around 11–12 cm in width. For larger designs on the back, sizes can vary depending on the garment and design.
