Refund policy

Each item ordered on Teefarm is a unique piece, custom-made and printed specifically for you (Print-on-Demand). This is what sets us apart from traditional e-commerce stores, as we are unable to restock and resell returned items. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products, in accordance with Articles 52–58 of Legislative Decree No. 21/2014.

In the exceptional case that your order presents any issues, resolving them will be our top priority. If one or more items arrive damaged (e.g. holes, loose stitching, missing labels, etc.), we will ask you to provide photographic evidence for verification, along with quantities and sizes. We will then proceed with sending replacement products at no additional cost.

If the print is significantly incorrect (wrong size, artwork, or color), we will take responsibility for the error and use it to improve our production process. Most importantly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, which is why we will reprint the affected items free of charge.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from the design phase, including:

  • Errors in uploaded files
  • Incorrect placement of images or text
  • Incorrect color selections
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Graphic imperfections not visible in the preview

In any case, we’ll be happy to help you fix your design by offering a 10% discount on the corrected reorder.
