Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, with digital printing there is no minimum order quantity — you can even order a single piece.
Does digital printing require screens?
No, unlike other customization methods such as screen printing, DTG printing does not require special screens or setup systems.
What is the optimal file resolution for printing?
The optimal resolution for a print file is at least 300 DPI at full scale (1:1). The standard print area for digital printing is 35x40 cm.
Example: if you want to print a design using the maximum print width, the file should be created at 35 cm wide and 300 DPI resolution.
Are there any color limitations?
Yes, our DTG printers work with the CMYK color space, so the colors in the artwork must fit within the four-color printing profile.
Please note: graphics or images exported in RGB will be automatically converted to the CMYK color profile, which may cause slight color differences compared to the original file.
What file formats can I use?
In the customizer you can upload the following file formats: JPG, PNG, SVG and PDF.
We recommend using PNG files for images and non-vector graphics, and SVG files for vector artwork.
