How long will it take to be contacted?
You’ll be contacted within 24 working hours. Please note that our designers are available Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Will I be supported by the same designer throughout all project phases?
Yes, you’ll always work with the same designer assigned to your project.
What does the graphic file check service include?
The graphic file check service has two options: Check and Edit.
The Check service includes a review of an existing file. This option includes quality control of the artwork and color adjustments.
The Edit service involves working on an existing file. This option includes quality control of the artwork, color adjustments, size adjustments, font and content edits, and image/logo background removal.
What does the design service include?
The design service consists of creating your graphic from scratch based on the guidelines you provide. We’ll ask you to explain your idea, share any texts and inspiration images, and indicate your preferences in terms of colors, fonts, and overall style.
We’ll also ask about your target audience, because the more details we have, the more accurately we can achieve the final result.
You’ll receive two different design proposals to choose from, along with up to three revision rounds on the selected option, allowing you to refine and adjust the design in collaboration with the designer assigned to your project.
