What’s the difference between “Customize Online” and the B2B Catalog?
The B2B Catalog is designed for brands, companies and structured projects that require a wider product selection and advanced customizations.
It includes our full product range and the possibility to request additional services beyond printing, such as embroidery, finishing, custom labeling and special processes.
In this case, the process works through a custom quote, with a minimum order of 10 pieces, even in mixed sizes and colors.
Is there a minimum order?
If you use the Customize Online section, you can order freely from 1 piece up to any quantity, with no minimum required.
If you access the B2B Catalog, dedicated to more structured projects, the minimum order is 10 pieces, even in mixed sizes and colors, with a custom quote.
How does pricing work?
If you order independently through the Customize Online section, you can purchase from a single piece up to large quantities from ready-to-ship products.
The unit price updates automatically in the cart and decreases as quantity increases, so you instantly see how much you save without needing a quote.
For B2B Catalog orders, which include specific products and services, we provide a tailored quote based on models, customizations and quantities.
And the rule stays the same: the larger the order, the lower the price per item.
What are the production times?
For ready-to-ship products customized online, production usually takes 3–5 working days.
After that, you can choose delivery via courier (24–48 hours) or pick up your order directly from our facility.
For B2B orders, which include items sourced from suppliers, production times are typically around 10 working days, unless otherwise specified during the quoting phase.
