What’s the difference between “Customize Online” and the B2B Catalog?
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the service you choose.
In the “Customize Online” section, you can order from 1 piece up to any quantity, with no minimum order.
In the B2B Catalog section, the minimum order is 10 pieces, even with mixed sizes and colors.
Can I order just one item?
Yes. Through the “Customize Online” section you can purchase even a single item.
The B2B Catalog, on the other hand, is designed for orders starting from 10 pieces.
Can I create a sample before a larger production run?
Yes, for B2B orders it’s possible to create a sample. The cost is evaluated case by case depending on the type of project.

What materials does Teefarm use?
We use only carefully selected materials sourced from supply chains that respect people, animals, and the environment. Our garments are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled cotton and polyester, and other sustainable materials such as Modal® and TENCEL™.
What certifications do your products have?
The main certifications of our products are:
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) for organic cotton
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which ensures the absence of harmful substances
Are your customization techniques sustainable?
Yes. Sustainability is one of the key principles in our production process. All our decoration techniques are sustainable, from the inks used for printing to the threads used for embroidery.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. We also use sustainable materials for packaging, such as recycled plastic bags and paper packaging, chosen to reduce environmental impact without compromising product protection during transport.
How do you help reduce environmental impact?
We support reforestation projects with the aim of offsetting part of the environmental impact related to production and logistics. It’s a concrete action that complements our choice to use sustainable materials, responsible processes, and low-impact packaging.
What makes Teefarm different from other customization services?
Every product is made on demand, with attention throughout the entire process, from material selection to customization techniques.
We don’t focus on mass production, but on carefully crafted, sustainable projects designed to last.
Customization techniques
Information about printing techniques and customization options
What is your main printing technique?
Our main printing technique is Direct-to-Garment (DTG) digital printing. We use certified, water-based, non-toxic inks.
What other customization techniques do you offer?
In addition to DTG printing, we also offer DTF printing, embroidery, patches, heat-applied applications, and other special finishes such as custom labeling and packaging.
Which technique is best suited for my project?
It depends on the type of project, the artwork, the garment, and its final use. Our team will help you choose the most suitable solution.
Print files and final result
Information about file formats, file quality, and final print results.
What color profile is used for printing?
We use the CMYK color profile for printing. If you upload a file in RGB, it will be automatically converted during production, which may result in slight color variations. For the most accurate result, we recommend preparing your files directly in CMYK.
What file types can I upload in the customizer?
For the best print result, it is important to upload high-quality, high-resolution files. Low-resolution or pixelated images may compromise the final output.
What happens if my file is low quality?
If the image is low resolution, pixelated, or too small, the final print will reflect these characteristics. During the order process, you can choose to add the graphic check service. In this case, our design team will review your file before printing and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible result. If the graphic check service is not selected, responsibility for file quality remains with the customer.
I’m not sure about my file, what can I do?
During the online customization process, you can select our graphic check service at checkout. Our team will review your file before printing and make any necessary adjustments to achieve the best possible result.
Will the final product match the online mockup exactly?
The mockup is designed to show the final result as realistically as possible, but it should be considered an indicative representation.
Slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur depending on the fabric and screen settings. These minor differences fall within the normal tolerances of the production process and do not affect the quality of the product.
Our goal is always to achieve a result that is as close as possible to the mockup shown online.
Rights and provided content
Information about usage rights, copyright, and content responsibility
Can I print any design?
The customer is responsible for the usage rights of the provided graphics. Only content for which you own the rights or have authorization to use (logos, images, texts, trademarks) can be printed. Teefarm is not responsible for any copyright infringements related to customer-provided content.
Can I use logos or registered trademarks?
Logos or registered trademarks can only be used if you own the rights or have authorization from the rights holder. Otherwise, production cannot proceed.
Does Teefarm verify the rights of uploaded designs?
No. Teefarm does not verify the intellectual property rights of the provided graphics. Responsibility for the content remains entirely with the customer.
However, if Teefarm identifies any clearly unauthorized use of logos, images, or registered trademarks, it reserves the right to refuse production.
Do you store or reuse uploaded designs?
The provided graphics are used exclusively to fulfill the requested order and are not reused for any other purposes.
Product care
Information about washing, usage, and durability of customized garments
How should I care for my customized garment?
To ensure the longevity of the print or embroidery, we recommend washing the garment inside out at low temperatures, avoiding tumble drying, and not ironing directly on the print. By following these simple guidelines, your product will maintain its quality over time.
Can I use a tumble dryer?
No. Tumble drying may damage the print. Its use is not recommended and may reduce the lifespan of the product.
Can I iron the garment?
We recommend ironing the garment inside out, using a protective cloth and avoiding direct contact with the print or decorations.
Can I dry clean the garment?
No. Dry cleaning is not recommended for customized garments, as the solvents may damage the print or decoration.
Orders
Information about orders, returns, withdrawals, and production tolerances.
How long does it take to produce an order?
Production times vary depending on the type of order. For orders placed through the online customizer, production takes on average 3–5 working days.
For B2B orders, timelines are defined and confirmed in the quote, based on the project and quantities. Indicatively around 10 working days from order confirmation.
My order is “In production”. What does it mean?
If your order status is “in production”, it means we are preparing and customizing your products before shipment. At Teefarm, each item is made on demand: the average production time is around 3–5 working days for orders placed through the customizer, but during peak periods a few extra days may be required.
If the expected delivery date has already passed and you have not received your order yet, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Once processing has started, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Can I return a customized product?
Customized products are made on demand and are not eligible for returns, except in case of manufacturing defects.
If you notice any defects or issues, please contact us: we will review your request and arrange a replacement.
Can there be slight differences between items?
Yes. Each product is made on demand and slight variations between items may occur. Minor differences in color, print placement, or finish are normal and fall within standard production tolerances. These variations do not affect the overall quality of the product.
Shipping
Information on shipments, timing, deliveries and stocks.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at our facility. Once production is complete, you will receive an email or SMS confirming that your order is ready. Pickup is available at Teefarm, Via Boccalara 4/E, 35030 Saccolongo (PD), Italy, from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping in Italy starts from €6.90. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout or defined during the quotation phase for B2B orders.
How long does delivery take?
Once production is completed, the package is handed over to the courier. Delivery typically takes 24/48 hours within Italy, while Sicily, Sardinia, and smaller islands may require up to 72 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide through our courier network. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically within 5 working days in Europe.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your delivery in real time.
Tracking is not working, what should I do?
It is normal for tracking not to be immediately active after shipment.
Once created, it may take a few hours (up to 24 working hours) to be updated by the courier’s system.
We recommend checking again later.
If the tracking is still inactive after 24 working hours, please contact us and we will check the shipment status for you.
The estimated delivery date has passed but your order hasn’t arrived yet?
Before contacting us, please check the following:
• Tracking: follow your shipment using the link sent via email
• Address: make sure your delivery details are correct and the recipient’s name is visible on the doorbell
• Courier: check for any missed delivery notices or updates via email/SMS
• Neighbours: check if the package has been received on your behalf
The parcel may be at the courier’s depot or waiting for delivery instructions. In this case, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking details.
If you still haven’t received your order after these checks, contact our customer support and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I change the shipping address?
You can change the shipping address only before the order is handed over to the courier.
Once shipped, changes are no longer possible and you will need to contact the courier directly using the tracking information.
Payments & Invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several secure payment methods to make your purchase simple and flexible.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through secure and certified systems to ensure maximum protection of your data.
Can I use Paypal?
Yes, you can also pay with PayPal. Once you confirm your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page to log in and complete your purchase securely.
Can I pay on delivery?
Cash on delivery is currently not available.
My payment didn’t go through, why?
Your payment may have failed for several reasons, such as insufficient funds, incorrect details, or restrictions from your bank or payment provider.
We recommend checking your information and trying again, or using an alternative payment method.
If the issue persists, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you complete your order.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, you can request an invoice by entering the correct billing details during checkout in the “Customize Online” section, or during order confirmation for B2B orders.
We recommend checking your details carefully, as they cannot be changed once the fiscal document has been issued.
User account
Account registration and personal data management.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, registration is not required to place an order. You can also purchase as a guest by entering the required details at checkout.
However, creating an account allows you to:
• track your order status
• save addresses and details for future purchases
• manage orders and requests more easily.
How can I access my account?
From both desktop and mobile, you can click on the user icon in the top right corner to log in or create an account.
Can I modify or delete my account?
Yes, you can update your personal details independently from your account. To request account deletion, simply contact us at info@tee.farm using the same email address associated with your account.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a showroom where you can explore our selection of garments and accessories, materials, and available customization options.
Can I visit the showroom freely?
Visits to our showroom are by appointment only, so we can dedicate the right time and attention to your project.
How can I book a visit?
You can contact us via email, phone, or through the contact form by indicating your project details. We’ll arrange the date and time of the appointment together.
Who is a showroom visit recommended for?
A showroom visit is especially recommended for companies, brands, and structured projects, or for anyone who wants to experience materials, fit, and production quality firsthand.
