When will I receive my custom order?
Production times depend on the selected process. On average, custom orders take 3–5 working days to produce, plus 24–48 hours for shipping within Italy. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.
How can I be sure my payment is secure?
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted SSL servers. We only accept trusted payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and other certified providers.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can make changes to graphics, quantities or services. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
How are my custom products shipped?
We ship in secure, protective packaging, using only eco-friendly recycled plastic materials. We mainly rely on BRT and GLS for fast, tracked deliveries across Italy.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or there’s a production error, we’ll provide a replacement or a refund. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
